White Chocolate and Cranberry Fudge Recipe

 
 


Ingredients


350g golden caster sugar
30g unsalted butter
125ml evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300 g white chocolate
small pinch of salt
100g chopped dried cranberries


Instructions
Put sugar, butter, salt, evaporated milk in a thick bottomed pan and gently heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to boil then lower haeat and simmer for 5 mins.
Remove from heat and add chocolate and cranberries.
Pour into buttered tray and leave to set (in fridge if you want)
Cut into squares of slabs

Makes a nice Christmas gift.
