Vodka Collins Recipe

To make Vodka Collins you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | ounces | Vodka | | 2 | tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice | | 1 | teaspoon | Powdered sugar | | 6 | ounces | Club soda -- or to fill | | | Cracked ice | | | Ice cubes | | 1 | | Orange slice | | 1 | | Maraschino cherry |
Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add vodka, lemon juice, and powdered sugar
and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill
with club soda and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry. Serve
with a straw.
