Vinho De Ahlos Recipe

To make Vinho De Ahlos you will need
Ingredients
| 4 | | Cloves garlic, mashed | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Allspice | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 3/4 | cups | Cider or wine vinegar | | 1/2 | cups | Water | | 1 | dash | Cumin (optional) |
Instructions
Marinate meat overnight, or up to 3 days. Drain meat, and pan fry or roast.
Meat may be cut into serving pieces or left whole. Naturally, small pieces
of meat will absorb more marinade.
