Vinegar Pie Recipe

To make Vinegar Pie you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 3 | tablespoons | Flour | | 2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cloves | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground allspice | | 1 | | Egg | | 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar | | 1 | cup | Water | | 1 | | 8-in *baked pie shell |
Instructions
Cream the butter and sugar. Measure and sift flour, cinnamon, cloves and
allspice, add to creamed mixtured. Add egg, vinegar and water. Cook in top
of double broiler until thick. Pour into pastry shell that has been baked 2
or 3 minutes. Bake at 350° until done.
