Vinegar Icing Recipe

To make Vinegar Icing you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar | | 1 | cup | White sugar | | 2/3 | cups | Water | | 1/8 | teaspoons | Cream of tartar | | 2 | | Egg whites, stiffly beaten | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except flavoring and eggs. Boil to soft ball stage
(236 F). Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg whites. Add flavoring.
Continue beating until thick and creamy.
