Vinegared Ginger Slices Recipe

To make Vinegared Ginger Slices you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | ounces | Ginger | | 1/4 | cups | Vinegr | | 1 | tablespoon | Sugar | | | Salt |
Instructions
Peel and slice ginger as thin as possible. Combine the vinegar, sugar and
salt to taste. Heat the liquid mixture to a boil, stirring for 1 minute, to
make sure the sugar has dissolved. Place ginger in a bowl and pour hot
vinegar on top. Cover and allow to cool. Chill before serving.
This recipe will keep refrigerated for several weeks. If you want a deeper
pink, add food coloring.
