Vinegar Candy Recipe

To make Vinegar Candy you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Vinegar | | 2 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1/2 | cups | Nuts; Chopped |
Instructions
1. Combine sugar, vinegar and butter in a heavy saucepan.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 270 degrees on a candy
thermometer or to the hard crack stage.
3. Fold in nuts and pour onto a buttered cookie sheet.
4. Mark into squares while warm.
5. This is an excellent hard candy.
