Vietnamese Meatballs Recipe

To make 8 Vietnamese Meatballs you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | pounds | Lean Ground Beef | | 1 | | Garlic Clove, crushed | | 1 | | Egg White | | 1 | tablespoon | Sherry | | 2 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Liquid Smoke | | 2 | tablespoons | Fish Sauce | | 1 | pinch | Sugar | | 1 | | Salt and White Pepper | | 2 | tablespoons | Corn Starch | | 1 | tablespoon | Sesame Oil |
Instructions
Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small
meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
