To make Viennese Nut Torte for 12 you will need
Ingredients
| 7 | | Eggs -- separated | | 2/3 | cups | Sugar | | 5 | ounces | Bittersweet chocolate -- | | | Grated | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon | | 1 1/2 | cups | Nuts -- ground | | | Chocolate icing |
Instructions
Bear yolks and sugar till light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts. Fold in
stiffly beaten whites. Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or till
done.
