Vegetable Casserole Recipe

To make Vegetable casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 5 1/4 | oz | Asparapus-pieces | | 1 | | Broccoli | | 2 | | Carrots | | 1 | bag | Spinach | | 1 | can | (11-oz) can cream of mushroom soup | | 2 | tablespoons | Onions; finely chopped | | 1 | teaspoon | Thyme | | 4 | fl oz | Water | | | Salt to taste | | | Pepper; ground fresh |
Instructions
Layer asparagus, brocoli, carrots, and spinach in a greased baking dish. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over
vetables. Cover. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are
tender.
Vegetable casserole is a great vegetarian dish or vegetable accompanyment to meat dishes.
