Turkey Chili

To make Turkey Chilli for 6 people
Ingredients
| 1 | large | Chopped onions | | 1 | | Clove garlic; minced | | 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil | | 1 | pound | Ground turkey or Turkey leftovers | | 1 | can | Chopped tomatoes; (14 1/2 ounce) | | 8 | fl oz | Chicken stock | | 4 | fl oz | Dijon Mustard | | 1 | tablespoon | Chili powder | | 1/8 | teaspoons | paprika | | 1 | large can (15oz | Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed | | 1 | can | Corn (8 ounce); drained | | | Tortilla chips; grated cheddar cheese, and parsley |
Instructions
In 5 pint saucepan, over medium-high heat, sauté€ onions and garlic in oil
until tender. Add raw turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break
up meat. Drain.
Stir in tomatoes, chicken stock, mustard, chili powder and
pepper (if you using leftover turkey, just add it to the pan with the tomatoes).
Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans
and corn cook for 5 minutes.
Put the tortilla chips, shredded cheese on a serving plate and top with the chilli. Garnish with the parsley.
You can also serve the Turkey chilli with sour cream, guacmole and tomato salsa.
