To make Sweet Potato Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | pounds | Sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled, and mashed | | 2 | | Eggs, beaten | | 2 | ounces | Margarine, melted | | 1/2 | cups | Brown sugar | | 1 | cup | Buttermilk | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Nutmeg and cinnamon |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Will be very soupy. Bake at 350F for
1 hour. Yields about 10 servings.
