Strawberry Dessert Recipe

To make Strawberry Dessery for 4 people you will need
Ingredients
| 10 1/2 | oz | Fresh strawberries; sliced | | 8 | fl oz | sour cream | | 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar | | 1 | dash | Salt | | 5 | oz | Miniature marshmallows | | 4 | | Whole strawberries |
Instructions
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let stand 10 min. Fold marshmal- lows
and sour cream into strawberry mixture. Add salt and mix gently. Place in
a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight. To serve, spoon
into individual serving dishes; garnish with a whole strawberry.
Strawberry dessert is lovely served with shortbread biscuits.
