Rum Balls Recipe

To make Rum Balls you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Vanilla wafer crumbs | | 1 | cup | Pecans; chopped | | 1 | cup | Confectioner's sugar | | 2 | tablespoons | Cocoa | | 1 1/2 | tablespoons | Corn syrup; light | | 1/4 | cups | Rum; (or bourbon) | | | Confectioner's sugar; (extra) |
Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and rum. Form 1
tablespoon of the dough into a ball. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
Store in fridge.
