Quick Chocolate Cake Recipe

To make Quick Chocolate Cake for 8 people you will need
Ingredients
| 4 | ounces | Self-raising flour | | 4 | ounces | Castor sugar (granulated) | | 2 | tablespoons | (level) cocoa | | 1 | pinch | Salt | | 2 | ounces | Melted butter | | 4 | fl oz | Milk | | 1 | | Egg beaten | | | A little vanilla essence |
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a basin in the above order. Beat well for 2
minutes. Pour into a greased 7" cake tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes in
moderate oven.
