Quick and Easy Roast Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients To make quick and easy roast potatoes you will need:
12 medium sized potatoes vegetable oil

1. Peel potatoes and cut them lengthways so as to leave the largest possible surface area for roasting.
2. Start them off in cold salty water and boil for 20 mins. Until they are cooked right through or even a little fluffy.
3. Drain and store in the fridge until ready to roast.
• For roasting buy a flowery potato, King Edward are ideal.
About 20 mins before you want them, switch on your deep fat fryer to the hottest setting. When your fryer is up to temperature put the potatoes in the fryer. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crunchy.
Quick and easy Roast potatoes are lovely with Christmas dinner or any sunday roast. These will the be the crunciest Roast potates you have ever had. Probably.
