Quick and Easy Roast Parsnips Recipe

Ingredients To make quick and easy roast parsnips you will need:
6 medium sized parsnips vegetable oil

1. Peel and chop the parsnips into chips.
2. Start them off in cold salty water and boil for 10 mins. Until they are cooked right through.
3. Drain and store in the fridge until ready to roast.
About 20 mins before you want them, switch on your deep fat fryer to the hottest setting. When your fryer is up to temperature put the parsnips in the fryer. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the parsnips are golden and crunchy.
