To make quick and easy chocolate mousse for 4 people you will need.
Ingredients
| 7 | oz | Good Dark Chocolate | | 8 | fl oz | Double cream | | 1 | | Egg | | | Whipped cream | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Instructions
Place chocolate; egg, and vanilla in blender and chop. Heat cream until
small bubbles appear at edge. Do not boil. With machine running, pour in
hot cream. Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into
dessert dishes and cover with plastic and chill.
Serve the quick and easy chocolate mousse with whipped cream.
