Peanut Stuffing Recipe

To make Peanut Stuffing you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | teaspoon | Minced onion | | 1 | cup | Fine dry bread crumbs | | 1 | tablespoon | Butter | | 1/2 | cups | Ground peanuts* | | | Cayenne | | 3/4 | cups | Evaporated milk |
Instructions
Cook onion slowly in butter 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs, peanuts, salt,
and a dash of cayenne. Soften with the evaporated milk. Yield 1 2/3 cup,
sufficient for 1 medium sized fowl or 6 pork chops.
