Maple Pecan Candies

To make maple pecan candies you will need
Ingredients
| 32 | fl oz | Maple syrup | | 8 | fl oz | Cream | | 2 | oz | Butter | | 5 1/4 | oz | Pecan Nuts, chopped | | 1 | teaspoon | Lemon extract |
Instructions
Cook the maple sirup, cream, and butter for 9 minutes after the boiling point is reached. Remove from heat, add the nuts and extract and stir for 5 minutes. Pour into buttered pans and when cool, cut into squares.
Maple Pecan candies are a great treat for Christmas time.
