Malteser Cheesecake Recipe

To make Malteser cheesecake for 8 people you will need
Ingredients
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese,softened | | 3 1/2 | oz | Sugar | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Vanilla | | 2 | | Eggs | | 1 | | Digestive biscuits, bashed to crumbs (you can put them inside 2 sanwich bags and bash them with a rolling pin or other blunt intstument | | 4 | | butter | | 1 | | maltesers | | 4 | | ovaltine chocolate drink powder |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan then stir in the digestive biscuits crumbs. Press this mixture into the botton of your dish.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, chocolate powder and vanilla at medium speed with electric
mixer until well-blended. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition. Mix in the maltesers.
Pour onto the base. Bake at 350'F. for 40
minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours or
overnight, Makes 8 servings.
