Low Fat Pesto Recipe

To make low fat pesto you will need
Ingredients
| 7 3/4 | oz | Fresh basil leaves | | 2 | | Cloves garlic; peeled | | 1 1/4 | oz | Pine nuts | | 0 3/4 | oz | Nonfat parmesan cheese; fresh and grated | | 2 | fl oz | Lemon juice; freshly squeezed |
Instructions
Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food
processor. Turn the machine on and drizzle in the lemon juice. Continue to
puree until a smooth paste is formed.
Makes 3/4 cup low fat pesto.
Can be frozen.
