Low Fat Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

To make low fat chocolate cupcakes you will need
Ingredients
| 5 3/4 | oz | Plain flour | | 2 | oz | Unsweetened cocoa powder | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking soda | | 2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 4 3/4 | oz | brown-sugar | | 2 | fl oz | Cinnamon applesauce | | 1 | | Egg | | 1 | | Egg white | | 1 | tablespoon | Oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract | | 5 1/4 | fl oz | Skimmed milk | | | Icing sugar, optional |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Combine flour,
cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat the next six ingredients until
combined, about 1 minute. Stir in flour mixture alternately with milk until
just combined. Pour batter into muffin cups. Bake 22-25 minutes or until
toothpick comes out clean. Remove cupcakes from pan; cool on wire rack 30
minutes. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
This should make 12 low fat chocolate cupcakes.
