Lemon Bar Cake Recipe

To make a lemon bar cake you will need
Ingredients
| 6 1/4 | oz | Plain flour | | 4 3/4 | oz | Icing sugar | | 170 | oz | butter; softened | | 3 | | Eggs; lightly beaten | | 10 1/2 | oz | Granulated sugar | | 3 | tablespoons | Plain Flour | | 2 | fl oz | Lemon juice | | | Additional icing sugar for dredging |
Instructions
In bowl combine flour, sugar and butter. Put into 9X13 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. While it is baking, whisk together eggs, 3 Tablespoons flour, sugar and lemon juice. Pour over crust while crust is still hot. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and dust with additional icing sugar.
Enjoy a slice of lemon bar with a nice cup of coffee.
