Herb and Mustard Salad Dressing Recipe

To make herb and mustard salad dressing you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | tablespoons | Wine | | 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar | | 1 | tablespoon | Dijon Mustard | | 4 | fl oz | Olive Oil | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Dried Oregano | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Dried Parsley | | 1 | | Clove Garlic, minced |
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano, parsley,
and garlic.
Use the herb and mustard dressing on mixed greens.
