|
To make ginger-glazed pork tederloin you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/4 | oz | Green onion, thin sliced | | 2 | tablespoons | Gingerroot, grated | | 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | | 2 | tablespoons | Liquid honey | | 1 | tablespoon | Molasses | | 2 | small | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 2 | large | Pork tenderloins, trimmed [3/4 lb each] |
Instructions
In large bowl, combine green onions, ginger, soy sauce, honey, molasses,
garlic, salt and pepper; add pork, turning to coat well. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 4 hours or for up to 8 hours.
Reserving marinade, place pork on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; broil 6
inches from heat, basting once with marinade, for about 20 minutes or just
until a hint of pink remains inside. Tent with foil and let stand for 10
minutes before slicing.
This will make enough ginger-glazed pork tenderloin for 6.
