To make garlic and pepper sauce you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | | Peppers, red, hot; seeded | | 3 | | Peppers, bell, red; seeded | | 4 | | Peppercorns, white | | 4 | large | Garlic cloves; peeled | | 2 | teaspoons | Salt | | 4 | fl oz | Lime juice | | 4 | fl oz | Oil, olive |
Instructions
Pound peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or chop in
processor finely. Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil.
Garlic and pepper sauce is great served with suckling pig.
