Farm Style Sausage

To make farm style sausages you will need
Ingredients
| 5 | pounds | Medium ground pork butt | | 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne | | 1 | tablespoon | Thyme | | 5 | teaspoons | Salt | | 5 | teaspoons | Black pepper | | 1 | cup | Cold water |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing.
Farm style sausages make a great family meal served with mashed potato and vegetables.
