Crab Bake Recipe

To make Crab bake you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | package | (8-oz) cream cheese | | 4 | fl oz | Sour cream | | 4 | fl oz | Milk | | 1 3/4 | oz | Spring onions including the green tops; chopped | | 20 1/4 | oz | Cooked rice | | 1 | can | (8-oz) crabmeat; flaked | | 2 | medium | Tomatoes; peeled, slice | | | Salt to taste | | 4 | oz | Buttered bread crumbs |
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk; whip until smooth. Fold in
spring onions, rice and crabmeat. Turn mixture into a buttered 4 pint casserole. Arrange tomato slices over casserole mixture. Sprinkle with
salt; top with bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30
minutes.
Serve the Crab bake with fresh crunchy bread.
