Cocounut Crisp Cookies Recipe

To make coconut crisp cookies you will need
Ingredients
| 7 | oz | White sugar | | 7 | oz | Brown sugar | | 8 1/2 | oz | margarine | | 1 | large | Egg | | 8 | fl oz | Oil | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 6 3/4 | oz | Rice Krispies | | 3 1/4 | oz | Oats | | 3 1/4 | oz | Coconut | | 1 | teaspoon | Cream of tartar | | 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | | 14 3/4 | oz | Flour |
Instructions
Blend sugar, mararine, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry
ingredients; mix well. Chill dough for 1 hour or overnight. Shape dough into
small balls. Place on greased baking sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in
sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Enjoy the coconut crisp cookies with a nice cup of coffee.
