Chorizo Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients
| | CHORIZO | | | | 2 | large | Garlic cloves; crushed | | 1 | pound | Ground turkey | | 1 | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper | | 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne; (or substitute paprika for less hot) | | 1 | tablespoon | Hot paprika | | 1 | tablespoon | Sweet paprika | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cloves | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Ground cumin | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1 | teaspoon | Cracked black pepper | | 1 | teaspoon | oregano | | 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil; (up to 4) | | 1 | tablespoon | Water | | 1 1/2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar | | 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil; (for pan-frying) |
| | ACCOMPANIMENTS | | | | | Soft flour tortillas | | | Chopped lettuce | | | Chopped tomato | | | Shredded cheddar cheese | | | Sliced black olives | | | Chopped scallions | | | Sour cream | | | Salsa |
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients for the chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own.
