Ingredients
To make Chocolate Crispy Cakes you need:
225g chocolate 200g Rice Krispies or Cornflakes 2 heaped tablespoons golden syrup 15g butter or margarine

Instructions
Break the chocolate up into small chunks and place in a saucepan with the butter and golden syrup. Cook on a low heat, mixing occasionally until all the ingredients have melted. Don't cook it too hot otherwise the chocolate will burn. Stir in the Rice Krispies or cornflakes untill they are all covered in the chocolate mixture. Fill paper cake cases with the mixture and allow to cool before eating. Alternatively you can fill a cake tin with the mixture and then cut into slices when cooled.
The syrup and butter make these chocolate crispy cakes quite gooey and crispy at the same time. Chocolate Crispy Cakes make great party food!
