Chinese Lamb Chops Recipe

To make chinese Lamb Chops for 2 you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | | 2 | teaspoons | Sesame oil | | 1 | | Spring onion, chopped | | 1 | | Garlic clove, minced | | 2 | teaspoons | Gingerroot, minced | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 4 | | Lamb loin chops (8 oz) | | | Salt |
Instructions
In shallow dish, whisk together soy sauce, oil, spring onion, garlic, ginger and
pepper. Add lamb, turning to coat; let stand for 10 minutes. Reserving
marinade, place lamb on greased grill under a medium-high heat; bast with marinade, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, basting again when turning over.
Season with salt to taste.
Chinese Lamb chops can also be cooked on the barbecue.
