Chili Chicken Recipe

To make chili chicken you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Minced chicken breast; skinless | | 2 1/2 | oz | Onions; chopped | | 2 1/2 | oz | Bell peppers; chopped | | 24 | fl oz | Water | | 15 | ounces | Tomato passata or tomato juice | | 15 | ounces | Stewed tomatoes; undrained | | 2 | teaspoons | Chili powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Black pepper | | 10 1/2 | oz | mixed-vegetables | | 5 1/4 | oz | Alphabet pasta; uncooked (or other mini pasta shapes) |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook over medium
high heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. Add
water, tomato passata, stewed tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until chili comes to a boil. Add
mixed vegetables and pasta. Reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking,
stirring often, until flavors are blended, 20 minutes.
Chili chicken is great served with tortilla chips or jacket potatoes.
