Ingredients 100g (4 oz) Self Raising Flour 75g (3 oz) Strong Hard Cheese (grated) 50g (2 oz) Margarine/Butter 1 Beaten egg Pinch of salt Dab of mustard

Instructions (1) Mix flour, salt and mustard together, then rub in the margarine. (2) Mix in the cheese, and add enough egg to make a stiff dough. (3) Roll out very thinly and cut into strips (or you can use cookie cutters to make a variety of shapes). (4) Place on a greased tray, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C
