Butterscotch Dumplings Recipe

To make Butterscotch Dumplings you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar | | 1/4 | cups | Butter | | 2 1/2 | cups | Boiling water |
| | DUMPLINGS | | | | 4 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 1 1/2 | cups | Flour | | 1/4 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Milk | | 1 1/2 | tablespoons | Baking powder |
Instructions
Simmer brown sugar, butter and water in a 9 x 13 pan while you mix up
dumplings.
Mix dumplings and drop by spoonfuls into boiling syrup. Bake 20 minuter at
350 degress F or until golden brown.
Serve hot with whipped cream or ice cream.
