Instructions
Put a pan on a medium heat and pour oil in to the pan then add mustard seeds. When the seeds have cracked, add the potatoes and spices. Liquidise tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook on low heat till potatoes are cooked. Add coriander and serve. Enjoy your Bombay potatoes.
