Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe

To make blueberry cheesecake for 8 people you will need
Ingredients
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | | 3 1/2 | oz | Sugar | | 1/4 | teaspoons | Vanilla | | 2 | | Eggs | | 1 | | Digestive biscuits, bashed to crumbs (you can put them inside 2 sanwich bags and bash them with a rolling pin or other blunt intstument | | 4 | | butter | | 1 | can | Blueberry pie filling |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan then stir in the digestive biscuits crumbs. Press this mixture into the botton of your dish.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and mix
well. Pour onto the base. Spoon 1/4 to 1/3 of pie filling on to top.
Gently swirl with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until
center is set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve topped
with remaining pie filling.
Blueberry cheesecake makes a great teatime treat.
