Bee Sting Cake recipe

To make Bee Sting Cake you will need
Ingredients
| | DOUGH | | | | 3/4 | cups | Cottage cheese,; mashed through sieve | | 6 | tablespoons | Milk | | 6 | tablespoons | Salad oil | | 1 | | Dash of salt | | 2 1/3 | cups | Flour | | 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| | FILLING | | | | 1/3 | cups | Butter | | 3/4 | cups | Sugar | | 2 | tablespoons | Milk | | 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | | 8 | ounces | Finely chopped blanched almonds |
| | STREUSEL TOPPING | | | | 1 | cup | Flour | | 1/2 | | Tesapoon cinnamon | | 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 1/2 | cups | Butter |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix cottage cheese, milk, salad oil, salt, flour,
baking powder, and vanilla together. Blend well. Spray a 10 by 15 inch
jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll dough mixture out and
spread on pan and set aside. Filling: combine butter, sugar, milk, vanilla,
and almonds together in saucepan. Cook until thick. Spread mixture evenly
over dough. Topping: mix together flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter and
blend well. Sprinkle over all and bake for 20-25 minutes.
