Bee Sting Cake recipe

 
 


To make Bee Sting Cake you will need

Ingredients

DOUGH
3/4 cups Cottage cheese,; mashed through sieve
6 tablespoons Milk
6 tablespoons Salad oil
1 Dash of salt
2 1/3 cups Flour
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
FILLING
1/3 cups Butter
3/4 cups Sugar
2 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 ounces Finely chopped blanched almonds
STREUSEL TOPPING
1 cup Flour
1/2 Tesapoon cinnamon
1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cups Butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix cottage cheese, milk, salad oil, salt, flour,
baking powder, and vanilla together. Blend well. Spray a 10 by 15 inch
jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll dough mixture out and
spread on pan and set aside. Filling: combine butter, sugar, milk, vanilla,
and almonds together in saucepan. Cook until thick. Spread mixture evenly
over dough. Topping: mix together flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter and
blend well. Sprinkle over all and bake for 20-25 minutes.
