Beef Hash recipe

To make Beef Hash you will need
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | Cut-up cooked beef; | | 2 | packages | (10 oz each) frozen hash brown potatoes; thawed | | 1 | | Onion; finely chopped | | 1/4 | cups | Butter or margarine; melted | | 1 | cup | Gravy or beef broth | | | Salt and pepper |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 6 to
8 hours (on High setting for 2 to 3 hours).
4 servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double recipe for 5-quart Crockpot
