Beef Croquettes recipe

To make Beef Croquettes you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Hamburger | | 1 | | Egg | | 1/2 | | Onion; diced | | 1 | | Handful Bread Crumbs | | | Salt & Pepper to taste | | 5 | teaspoons | Cream style corn | | | Flour for coating | | | Egg whites for coating | | | Bread crumbs for coating |
Instructions
Mix hamburger, egg, onion, handful of bread crumbs, salt, pepper and cream
style corn together and roll into balls or make into patties. Coat in
flour, then egg whites, then crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until browned. So
easy and so good!
