Beef Brisket in Teriyaki Sauce recipe

 
 


To make Beef Brisket in Teriyaki Sauce you will need

Ingredients

5 pounds Beef brisket
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
1/2 tablespoons Salt
Pepper to taste
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 cups Teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 cups Water

Instructions

Cut most of fat off the brisket. Put brisket on rack in deep baking pan.
Sprinkle all sides of brisket with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Sprinkle
soup mix on top. Pour teriyaki sauce on top. Half of soup mixture will fall
off to make gravy. Pour 1 1/2 cups water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil
and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
