Beef Biscuits recipe

To make Beef Biscuits you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | cans | Refrigerated biscuits | | 1 | pound | Ground beef | | 1 | small | Onion, chopped | | 1/4 | cups | Chopped green pepper | | 1 | can | (8oz) tomato sauce | | 1 | teaspoon | Salt | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Pepper | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Oregano | | | Oil for frying |
Instructions
Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.
Roll out each biscuit into a 5" circle. Place 1 rounded tablespoon meat
mixture on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.
Fry about 3" of oil to 375F. Deep fry each biscuit until golden brown;
drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
