Beef and Vegetable Soup recipe

To make Beef and Vegetable Soup you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | teaspoon | Oil | | 1/2 | pounds | Boneless beef sirloin; cut in 1/2" cubes | | 1 | | Clove garlic; minced | | 3 | cups | Water | | 2 | cans | (10.5-oz) condensed vegetarian vegetable soup | | 1/4 | cups | Uncooked elbow macaroni (1 oz) | | 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley; if desired |
Instructions
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and
garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer
15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
