To make Beef and Potato Casserole you will need
Ingredients
| 3 | medium | Potatoes | | 1 | can | Mushroom soup | | 2 | tablespoons | Fat | | 2 | medium | Onions | | 1 | pound | Hamburger meat | | 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt |
Instructions
Season meat with salt and brown in hot fat. Slice potatoes and onions
thinly. Make alternate layers of potatoes, onions and meat. Pour mushroom
soup over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
