Basmati Chaaval Recipe

to make Basmati Chaaval for 6 you will need
Ingredients
| 13 1/2 | oz | basmati-rice | | 1 | tablespoon | Unsalted butter | | 3/4 | teaspoons | Salt | | 21 1/4 | fl oz | Water |
Instructions
Mix the rice, salt, butter and the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover with a tight fitting lid and coook on a very low heatr for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes lift the lid and stir the rice before cooking the Basmati Chaaval for another 5 minutes.
