to make 300 Basler Brezeli you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Plus | | 2 | tablespoons | Butter | | 1 1/2 | cups | Sugar | | 3 3/4 | cups | Flour | | 1 | | Grated lemon peel | | 2 | cups | Plus | | 2 | tablespoons | Lukewarm milk |
Instructions
Rub together butter, sugar and flour. Add lemon peel and milk. Let dough
rest for 1 day. Put 1/2 teaspoon dough on iron. 300 brezeli
