Basil Vinegar Recipe

To make Basil Vinegar you will need
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | cups | Vinegar | | 1 | | Handful? basil, fresh; shredded |
Instructions
Heat vinegar until just before boiling. Combine basil and vingegar in a
glass bottle, and let cool. Seal tightly, and infuse for two weeks. Strain
the vinegar into a fresh bottle, and add a sprig of basil.
