Basil Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

3 oz Couscous
8 fl oz Water
1 tablespoon Corn oil
1/4 pounds Ground beef
1/2 large Green pepper sliced
1 medium Carrot sliced 1/4" thick
1 medium Onion sliced thin
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 bunches Fresh spinach washed

Instructions



Bring water to boil in saucepan , add the couscous cover and set
aside.

Add the oil to a wok and quickly brown meat over a high heat. Add tghe
peppers, carrots, and onions and continue stirring until all of the vegetables are
slightly cooke.

Add basil, mustard, and vinegar and mix thoroughly. Reduce heat to low,
toss spinach on top, cover and allow to steam 3 or 4 minutes. Serve
the basil stir fry over the couscous.
