Basil Shrimp Recipe

To make basil shrimp for 4 you will need
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | Shrimp (up to) | | 12 | fl oz | olive-oil | | 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | | 2 | tablespoons | Pernod liqueur | | 1 3/4 | oz | fresh-basil | | | Salt | | | Freshly ground white pepper |
Instructions
Shell the shrimp. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Mix the
basil, Pernod, lemon juice together and add to theshrimp.
Cook the shrimp for approximately
2 minutes or until just pink.
Mix the cooked shrimp and oil and herbs in a large bowl.
Chill and serve your basil shrimp on bed of lettuce.
